Welcome to West Lodge Pottery. We are a small pottery workshop based in Thornham Magna in north Suffolk not far from Diss, Norfolk and Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. We specialise in unique hand crafted decorative ceramic pieces designed to brighten up any home or as individual gifts for all occasions.
We’ve been producing unique and individual ceramic decorative pieces for many years and are continually searching for new directions in which to take our craft. We enjoy following our creative flow and exploring different ideas and seeing where it takes us.
We produce jugs, bowls, plates and mugs of varying size and designs as well as many different farmyard animals, nursery rhyme interpretations and unique one-off pieces. We also offer relaxed and informal pottery classes.
Many of our designs have a rustic countryside feel taking inspiration from the wonderful nature and wildlife we have around us. Our workshop is located at Thornham Walks which is a 2000 acre parkland estate which offer us and our customers alike a lovely respite from the busy world.

We’ve listed a wide variety of our creations but not everything is listed so please get in touch if there is anything you’d like that perhaps isn’t listed.
